These terms apply to use of this website and its preliminary painting estimator.
Planning estimates are not contracts
Estimator ranges are preliminary planning figures based on the information you provide. They are not binding quotations, offers, guarantees, invoices, or contracts. A final scope and fixed price must be confirmed separately before work begins.
Accuracy of project information
You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate project details. Hidden damage, inaccessible surfaces, unusual preparation, repairs, specialty coatings, building restrictions, or other conditions can change the final scope and price.
Scheduling
Displayed timing and service-area information describes the intended operating model, not guaranteed availability. Crew capacity, access, travel, materials and project complexity may affect scheduling.
Website examples
Illustrative project formats and planning examples are identified as examples or demos until supported by completed-project evidence. QA fixtures used for provenance testing are not customer claims and are blocked from normal production access.
Photos and content you submit
Only submit project information and photos you are permitted to share. Do not submit unlawful content or sensitive material unrelated to the requested painting estimate.
No emergency service
The website is not an emergency or safety service. Do not use it to report hazards requiring urgent professional, utility, fire, medical or other emergency assistance.
Changes
The website, estimator assumptions, service areas and these terms may change as the operating model develops. The version in effect when you submit an estimate request governs that website submission.
